All ADANAC eyewear have a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects.
The warranty does not cover scratched lenses, accidental damage or general wear and tear. The warranty is void if the eyewear has been tampered with or repaired by anyone other than ADANAC. Proof of purchase is always required.
Make a Claim
To make a claim, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org along with the following information:
- The model name and colour of the product;
- A brief description of the problem;
- Date and location of purchase; and
- Name and email address.
You will be contacted via email within 2-3 business days with further instructions. Depending on the product, location and nature of the problem, instructions may include submitting photos, returning the product to the retailer or sending the defective product to the ADANAC warranty service centre.
If you are asked to return your products, we encourage you to send by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS), as ADANAC is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
Replacement and Repair
For a nominal fee to cover parts and shipping, ADANAC may repair or replace damaged lenses or frames that are not covered by the warranty.
